When a traditional method of witness oriented justice system fails to come into a successful conclusion, the modern technology helps the system to reach a proper judgment. The book deals with the forensic evidence incorporating modern developments of the field. In Bangladesh now a days administration of Justice is partly dependent on scientific achievements. Ours is an adversarial justice system where prosecution is to proof its case beyond all reasonable doubts. Thus, prosecution has to depend upon forensic evidence to some extent. This book is trying to express a general outline of the forensic evidence. The book is not on Medical Jurisprudence or Medical issues rather it is on legal forensic issue. Hopefully this book would help all concerns for their professional purpose.
